expressions of interest - management of ROGER BOWMAN TENNIS CENTRE (ROSE PARK) 2019 - now open
Canterbury Bankstown Tennis Association Inc (CBTA) invites EOI for the coaching and court hire rights at the Roger Bowman Rose Park Tennis Centre. The Centre consists of six (6) synthetic grass courts, a clubhouse and pro-shop, playground and practice hitting wall. The court surfaces are in good condition and fencing is currently being replaced through City of Canterbury Bankstown. We are seeking an outstanding individual to work with CBTA for tennis in the region.
Interested persons and organisations are required to prepare a written submission responding to the following key criteria:
1) Ability to meet financial requirements and capacity to provide financial guarantee (bond)
2) Proven work ethic
3) Demonstrated management expertise.
4) Proven coaching qualification, experience and expertise in dealing with clients
5) Ability to generate potential players to participate in competitions, Interdistrict and Tournament events.
6) Proven capacity to relate on a day to day basis with voluntary officials of the Association.
7) Ability to operate the centre 7 days/evenings to meet Association/client expectations
8) Ability to meet deadlines including preparing written weekly reports for the Association.
9) References/Referees to support the candidate’s claims, along with a detailed CV
